Our Story
The OSCT is a service that collects the shoes of customers which are cleaned and refurbished and then the new-looking shoes are delivered back to customers at their doorstep for a reasonable price.
Founded by Gontse Nxumalo in a quest to create an income stream for himself after spotting a niche market for a sneaker cleaning and shoe care service around his neighbourhood of Orlando East, Soweto.
payment info
We accept credit and debit cards, and cash on delivery. Customers are requested to pay same time or leave behind a deposit for services to be rendered.
Storage
OSCT is not responsible for any items left beyond 10 days. After this, storage will be charged 15% per month on the total invoice amount. Sneakers/shoes not claimed within 3 months shall be handed appropriately by the company and be sold to recover the billed charges.
Turnaround Time
Our turnaround time is 72 hours so we can give the best quality of our work. Pickups and deliveries on request, not less than 4 pairs minimum.
